We inform that the procedures related to academic requests must be performed by the UFPA User Service System - SAGITTA.
To access, follow the steps:

- Insert the same User and password registered with SIGAA.
- Click on NDAE - CENTER OF AMAZON DEVELOPMENT IN ENGINEERING - Tucuruí.
- Click on PPGINDE.
Below, we present a brief summary of each request and their respective requirements / forms.
It must be used when the student has taken some discipline (s) in another graduate program (s) and that is compatible with the discipline (s) offered at PPGINDE. At the opening of the call at SAGITTA, you must attach a Sylabus and Academic Records in the discipline (s) you want to take the credits from.
REGISTRATION UPDATE:
It should be used when the student requests any correction or update in the data presented in SIGAA. We emphasize that, in cases where there is a need to change documents, a copy of the official document must be attached.
It must be used to formalize the co-orientation of a professor external to PPGINDE. This form must be filled out and sent only by professors.
This form must be approved at the Collegiate meeting, so it must be duly completed and signed by the advisor. Thus, it must be inserted in SAGITTA so that it can be presented as an agenda item at the meeting. After approval you can carry out the defense.

It should be used by incoming students who, after dialogues with the program's professors, define who will guide them in the preparation of the Dissertation.

CURRICULAR INTEGRALIZATION - Final Documents:
It refers to the formalization of the conclusion of the course, containing the necessary documents for the due approval of this conclusion by the collegiate body.
SUMMER REGISTRATION:
This link must be used when the student is going to participate in any summer course. For the request, the student must open the call at SAGITTA. Pay attention to the period stipulated for this call opening.
ENROLLMENT IN PROFICIENCY EXAMINATION:
Through this link, the student requests his enrollment in the Proficiency Exam that will be held in the semester. It is important to be aware of the deadlines for this request and to be aware that the registration and the result of this exam are registered with SIGAA. The request is made via call opening at SAGITTA.
REGISTRATION IN DISSERTATION ADVISEMENT:
It must be used to maintain an academic link in a given semester when students will not take mandatory, elective disciplines and will not be enrolled in Project Defense, Qualification or Dissertation.
It should be used when there is a need to change the advisor. These documents must be approved by the Collegiate, therefore, they must be attached to SAGITTA before the meeting.
EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF COURSE:
It should be used when more time is needed to complete the course. This document must be approved by the Collegiate, therefore, it must be attached to SAGITTA before the meeting.
EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR DEFENSE OF QUALIFICATION:
It should be used when more time is needed to complete the course. This document must be approved by the Collegiate, therefore, it must be attached to SAGITTA before the meeting.
It should be used in cases where the student (s) require credit units for publishing articles. This document must be attached to SAGITTA, so that arrangements can be made.
It should be used in cases where clarifications are sought about a certain final concept of discipline. The request must be made via SAGITTA. It is important to pay attention to the deadlines in which this request must be made (48 hours after the concept is released).
It should be used in cases where the student (s) require credit units for participation in the Master's Seminar. This document must be attached to SAGITTA, so that arrangements can be made.
It must be used in cases where the student requests the cancellation of his / her link with PPGINDE.
It must be used when it is necessary to drop the course, partially or in full, in accordance with the deadlines presented in the Program's Internal Regulations. This document must be attached to SAGITTA, so that arrangements can be made.
